Ive noticed on my sti type r a squeaking when driving in a straight line or turning right but if i turn left the squeaking stops.Has anyone experience anything similar and if so what was the cure because its doing my head in i can only imagine its the driveshaft causing this noise

I had a similar noise on mine and it turned out to be the brakes, cleaned calipers, pads etc and it went away.

Same as Dave - thought I had a squeak from the driveshaft or wheel bearing or something... Turned out to be the brake pads.
