Cool

Ive got a Forge dump valve on my black Scooby, which turns quite a few heads in town pssh pssh , I think Blitz do a variable DV loud & louder. As 4 air fitlers wen I get mine I reckon HKS has gotta be the way to go, a bit pricy but quality.

Happy shoppin!

I heard about problems with the HKS.

In fact, you cannot use a VTA BOV with a MAF sensor without idling problems, pretty obvious, really. Go for a recirc or leave it standard.

Air filters should be boxed to retain cold air only, either a panel filter in a std box or a complete cold air box with whatever filter in it. Metal type is good for flow but will let miscroscopic dust through. Go for metal

There are plenty of people on here that run Atmos DV with a MAF and have no idle probs at all. Even a well known tuning company nearby said it is not all down to the DV that causes the idle problem.

Their quote: "MAF sensors are prone to failures for a vast number of reasons and one should not take all the comments too seriously about this or that being "the" reason"

So make sure you get your facts right before giving incorrect/incomplete information next time!!

Why dont YOU get your facts right?

I would have loved to explain to you why that is the way I said, but given the "tone" you employ, I wont talk to you

I've got a HKS SSQV on my00 uk with full de-cat and works a treat. You can tell its a HKS as it sounds quite different to other dv's.

No idling problems or running problems at all.

Very happy with it.
