When I started my frozen MY93 WRX today, as I depressed the clutch pedal, there was a very slight squealing noise. It happened for the first 5 minutes of driving but there didn't feel like any clutch slip. Does anyone know what it could be? I have my suspicions because the car hasn't had a clutch in it in the 4 years i've had it and I don't know about previous to that. Cheers, Mark

Thumbs up

It's most likely the release bearing. It shouldn't be concern really, I'd leave it till you come to put a clutch in it, most clutch kits come with a new one anyway
