Righto. Can I buy this in Halfords?

Also, whats the oil rating of it?

Halfords sell it and it is 75/90 synthetic I think maybe semi-synthetic

Aye - think its regarded as some of the best for the scoob. Can be used in the diffs too. I got 4 litres from Halfords for 9.97 per litre - its not cheap

I took some in to a dealer to put in when they did my 60000 svc and they said ..." ooh well , we can if you like if you don't mind knackering your 'box up ,we use the oil supplied through subaru and you can't buy it in the shops etc etc " i have my suspicions that it was 'cos i'd brought my own engine oil as well and they were losing profits but i don't know.
I do know it doesn't like going into 1st at low speeds when cold and it crunches easily when hot and left idling for 20 mins say ....

The cheapest place to buy it is from Castrol if you can wait for it to be delivered then you can get rs 10/60 for the engine at the same time (free delivery)....
