earth on engine

has anyone some advice for me, I want to earth my engine with some extra wires, I heard that you get a very good result with it..

Results are excellent.

You need a very heavy duty cable - solder on some terminal rings - use one on the earth of the battery - the other can pretty much go anywhere on the block - use one of those spiky washer to guarantee good metal to metal contact.

In order of improvement I would earth

bodyshell
ECU chassis
manifold
block
alternator

even better - do them all!

thanks for the info, one thing I don't understand : the ECU chassis, is that located on the passengers footwell inside the car...?
