The hose that runs from just above the oil filter across the bottom of the engine and reenters the engine next to the radiator bottom hose,(Runs just above the exhausts manifold and is made up of part hose and part rigid pipe) is this a water hose or oil? I need to replace it as someone previous has bodged it with a bit of garden hose!!!!
Oh i forgot to mention MY94 RA.

no still one lurking down there, only noticed it when i took the rad out to fit my new samco hoses. perhaps the guy who had it first worked in a garden centre!!!!

mines on its way out... its an oil or water pipe for the oilcooler...

I was going to replace with 8mm microbore copper plumbing pipe

I am a plumber and have thought about the same thing, I was gonna do it in 15mm copper though and replace it between the two good hoses one at the oil filter and one at the other end. If your not super desperate for it when i do mine over the christmas break i'll bend you one up too and post it to you?
