My turbo MY99 has recently started sticking between second and third gears, a bit like something is blocking the gate and if you shove it will go into gear (a bit like when you go into first and it won't let you till you are crawling) it happens on both upshifts and downshifts but more commonly on upshifts. It doesn't seem to happen if I am pressing on ie high rev changes only when I am pootling under 3000rpm. Anyone got any ideas, is it likely to get worse and should I get it down my dealers immediately (extended warranty).

 

Sounds like the baulk rings have polished smooth,and are not being able to slow down when pressed against the collars, would advise it returns to dealer dont think it will get any worse, but on the other hand, wont get any better, needs a box strip down and the baulk rings re seating.
