Are standard STI4 dump valves noisey?

I've just got my STI 4 RA and its got a loud psssssssssstt when changing gear so I'm wondering if it had an uprated dump valve in Japan. Its a alloy looking type with fins, I'll post a pic soon.
If this is not std I will need to change it for the sva test so any one fancy a deal?

you can buy standard dump valves very cheap... from most decent scooby breakers www.midland-impreza.com being one...
Put the standard one on then refit the decent one when its passed the SVA..
