Prodrive BB ... what BHP gains? .. if any

Now got a 2nd hand Prodrive BB on the Scoob (My99 wagon) that sounds wonderful.
Only gain I've noticed is lower revs at higher speeds, but my insurance wants a '%' gain.
They reckon up to 10% ( 21 bhp ! ) but I think I'll be lucky to get 3-5% .... if any.
Any thoughts?
