my m8's got a 98 uk scooby so far with a back box and centre de cat.

what other mod can any one suggest or recomend for some more power! he's considering a teck 2 conversion or aquamist or even just a down pipe,

Down pipe and run it on SUL, would be the first thing to do IMHO,
ECU mod then after when he gets used to the power hike from that.
