Upgrades to exhaust etc...
#1
fellas,
Can anyone recommend a good exhaust upgrade?
I was thinking full scooby sport, but with a blitz or HKS rear box as I like a fat pipe as opposed to the smaller scoobysport one
(blitz nur spec etc).
I need more power than standard..
P.S should I stick with 225/45/16s or go for the standard 205/50/16s when I replace my current dodgy tyres (budget ones).
Thanks in advance..

Re your exhaust question, I can certainly recommend the Afterburner from Scoobyworld if you're after a fat tail pipe (it's 4.5 inches in diameter). Not only that but it's JOLLY LOUD. :-)
Have a look at this thread for further views on it http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadid=140949

I had a look at the afterburner stuff and the *.wav files - not too sure though. It kinda sounds like a pipe full of water with someone blowing down it - sometimes very large pipes sound oversized as opposed to a nice throaty low burble.
Maybe i'll go for a NUR spec back box (wish I could afford the whole system).

Hi James, dropped you a quick email.
Also the sound files were recorded in 16bit 44khz Stereo resulting in a file size of 2-3Mb each! We had to cut them down for the web site so the quality of the sound files suffered as a result. I'll see if we can compress the original files into a zip and put them up on our site for download.
regards
