prodrive backbox on STi7

Considering buying one of these items from the for sale section. It's a prodrive box for a MY01/02. Is this the same box that gets fitted with the STi PPP? I know it won't be as loud as my old scoobysport but will it still put a smile on my face? Opinions appreciated.
