What Oil ... how much and where best to buy?

I use Mobil 1 for my turbo cars. At 33.99 for a measly 4 litres that's plain greedy and taking advantage IMHO.
So, anyone use other brands with lower prices and still obtain good and reliable long term results from their turbo cars? If so, more info please: mileages involved, Brands, Grades, Prices .. any discounts for larger quantities.
Thinks ... following recent legal directives ref bulk x-channel purchases, maybe regular trips for this expensive liquid gold may be a nice little legal earner - correction - saver for us Turbo enthusiasts ..... all comments welcome.

john, could help you out with either SILKOLENE / MILLERS (main stockists) or MOTUL (occasional dealer) - the first two offer 5l for around £35ish (currently not at work so not exact) and i certainly am interested in bulk buys!
use either 15w50 or 10w60 (depends on use) and 4.5l should do nicely
alyn - as performance
(p.s. should have said we never use mobil 1, and all the above is fully synthetic)
