which turbo in a 94 wrx wagon

Just a few quick questions.
Which turbo is fitted as standard to a 94 WRX jap wagon? i've heard it's either a TD05h or a TD04.
Does the 94 WRX saloon use the same turbo as the wagon?
What is the difference? (i'm assuming the TD05 is bigger but the TD04 spools up quicker).

Dunno about the 94WRX but the UK94 that I have has a TD05 turbo the same as a mates 95-97 (can't mind which year 
) STi so I'd guess it'd be the same in yours?
