Had major coolant loss on Saturday going to a rolling Road session. Since then its been topped up twice, however it only seem s to loose coolant when going over 4500 rpm and therefore onto the second turbo. If you keep it below 4500 there is no coolant loss.

No obvious loss on pipes or leaks

Head gasket been tested is okay

New thermostat has been suggested, could this be a fault? (Car now de-cated and running higher boost. Where do I get an upgraded thermostat?
or is it the radiator, last option to try due to cost.
Any help would be appreciated
Model is GT-B 97 BG5
Thanks Tim

Could be your radiator cap... they are rated up to a certain pressure and if they brake the coolant over flows...

andy,
maybe however it seems to be okay and maintaining pressure, I'm thinking head gasket or thermostat.
Thanks for your comment anyway
