Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the PPP box engraved " P1 " and the PPP box engraved " Prodrive ".

Do they sound the same or is one louder than the other?

Please excuse this daft question but I am contemplating buying a used one of these.

As far as we know...the P1 and the Prodrive boxes are the same thing.

The P1 silencer and the Prodrive silencer fitted as part of the performance package are different internally. The P1 silencer has slightly larger pipework through the silencer to cope with the increased power compared to a normal Turbo. This inevitably means that it will be slightly louder when fitted to the same car as a Prodrive branded version.
