Induction kits that replace resonator box on early engines

Guys, which induction kit comes with pipwork to replace the plastic resonator box in the induction path just after the MAF on earlier engines? I know HKS comes with a bit of pipe to do this but any others?

the HKS, K&N and pipercross also come with the pipe, blitz doesn't, MRT also do a replacement for the resonator same as DF's.

thanks - might try make my own since I've got air filter cones coming out of my ears! Paul, gonna try and put my car back together this weekend so we can go for that beer sometime not too distant.
