I hope someone can help, 94 WRX failing MOT and Sva on emissions.
CO can be within limits (o.5 ando .5) and then all of a sudden jump to around 7Percent at idle and fast idle. no fault code, new LAMDA and cat is working ok, all checked out OK on diagnostic equipment (not select) any ideas please ???

how do you know the cat is working ok, checked both?
Have you checked the lambda voltage? check it at the sensor and at the ecu.
