Mine did with SS downpipe (MY00).

it may need a touch of a restyle- nothing too complicated though.
the main thing is to make sure you leave the studs to soak with wd40 or something similar overnight.

The heatsheild does need trimming - the same for all aftermarket DP IIRC. My Magnex Twin Dump also required some reworking of the mounting bracket attached to the gearbox but I'm told they have redesigned the pipe so it is ok now.
