Okay, I've come up trumps on this.

Getting them serviced is a pain to be honest. However I can do used 550cc phase 2 style injectors for £150 per set of four.

I can also get moving on this quickly.

Please let me know via email, if you want them serviced, I think it costs about £25 per injector extra. But to be honest, as the price I can get an injector, you could buy replacements easily.

OKay I now have someone lined up to do the cleaning and testing. which will be about £100 per set of 4 if I can get him 4 sets worth of business, as he needs to buy a new adapter to do them.

So for £260 delivered, you are looking at a set of 550cc injectors with matched flowrates.

Can't say fairer than that.

But do take note that The Phase 2 ( MY00 onwards possibly some MY99 too ) will quite easily fit onto Pre 96 inlet manifolds. TD05 cars. The fuel rails used on 96-99 cars, with the straight inlet turbos, are NOT easily interchangeable with others. I still think they are classed as Phase 1, but MY00 fuel rails do not fit easily onto these manifolds. It can be done, but will probaly require alu welding to create a support bracket for the fuel rails. ( I have helped fit them to a 96-99 manifold, and welding, drilling and tapping the manifold was the method we used )

Should be fine. I will post pics of the 3 types of fuel rails I have, and then Pavlo can determine which are correct for the type of injectors he can supply.

First type is up to MY96 era, with the 90deg turbo. def Phase 1, where the fuel rails and interconnectors etc bolt together.

Second is 96-99, which dont swap easy with earlier or later types, due to the postiion of the clamping bolts, but I guess these are still classed as Phase 1, and the actual injectors are interchangeable with early cars??

Thirdly is the Phase2 ?, from MY99/00 onwards ( for classsic shape impreza ) as bolted to their respective manifold ( bad pics..sorry )

Then as fitted to my Pre 96 manifold

Sorry, dont have any pics of them fitted to the 96-99 manifold, although it can be done, but not as easily, with welding etc required.

On Michaels legacy, which is now using the 96-99 manifold, we got a boss welded onto the manifold ( made by building up weld ) which we ground flat, and drilled out, and tapped to allow the rails to be bolted on. Obviously it needs to be done carefully to ensure the fuel rails are sealed properly.

Am getting 6 sets of injectors next week, which means I will have 1 spare set for anyone that hasn't already confirmed with me.

I will be doing this again I should think, but only once as these things are thin on the ground.

Rob,

see Here for details of phase 2 injectors and rails fitted to a EARLY phase 1 manifold, 91-96.

As Stevie has pointed out below, the later manifolds are different, it's never easy!
