As predicted by various individuals on here, the 'mod' addiction has started to get a grip and the urge to mod more is never far away. Now whilst I would like to spend ££££ all in one go, reality dictates that I have to adopt the 'little and not so often' method of tuning. I have a DP and BB (with std cat centre)on my '99 so far and next plan to go tek 2 and KN 57i. Whilst I have read that the tek 2 will give appx +25BHP, what can I expect with the induction and exhaust mods??

Thanks for your thoughts..

Whilst at PE today trying to work out what's going on with my knock sensor they ran a back to back AE800 and then a TEK2 ECU. This on a MY99 with SS decat center and BackBox and itg filter. Results were very impresive +30 lbft from 2000 to 5000 and then gradually trainling back to standard levels at about 6000, +10 to +25 bhp up to 6000 then back to standard. Overal max torque up to 245 lbft with max power about the same at 244 bhp but coming earlier in the rev range and being sustained pretty well too.

Certainly got my interest...

I am getting 270 Bhp on the rollers at PE with an SS Down Pipe, SS Centre and Magnex BB along with a K&N induction kit on an MY98.

Also getting about 246 Ft/lbs of torque if you look at the dyno pages onfront page it seems to vary quiet a bit from car to car......

I think I have got loads more power for little investment
