yes they are worth it mate 
smooth as a standard clutch, mine has had about 10000miles of stick and the plate doesnt look worn whatsoever.
engine isnt standard either, was running 28psi and no slip!
price, got mine for 360 inc vat from woodford garage motorsport.
release bearing not included with ap kits, get one from subaru dealer, 90 inc vat
