I toed it to the local scooby boys and they say its electrical as the injecters aren't opening. Have also tryed a different ECU. Any one got any ideas

Check there is a ground on the block, I doubt that it is this...
If it runs by pouring fuel in then I would guess that it may be a ground, a fuse or a relay.. Ill check diagrams later if you dont get any better answers..

You have fuel??? Are you saying that the fuel pump is working, and you think the injectors arent opening?, or do you just mean there is fuel in the tank? You poured in fuel? Where exactly did you pour in the fuel?
If you think its the injectors, do they have a 12v feed?, and have you checked for a pulse signal with a meter at the other terminal while cranking?
Where you driving when this happened? Anything strange leading up to it?

Pump is working no problem there. Poured fuel into the manifold and it started to run. Checked timing and again its ok even changed the manifold over. It seams the injectors aren't opening so what do i do to fix this.

cant remember where, but im sure someone here will put up a link for the ecu codes, and the 2 plugs under the steering column to access them. Chances are there may not even be a fault registered with the ecu, it depends what the problem is. Is all the wiring around the engine bay sound, no breaks, cut wires, shorted wires etc.
I once seen a legacy witha few wires, that looked cut, but may somehow have worn through, just near the multiplug beside the battery. It didnt stop the car, but the temp sender, and oil press light did give trouble. It also caused starting problems as the ecu wasnt receiving a temp signal.
Doesnt sound like your problem though.

ecu is showing no error codes. Problem seems to be that the injectors are not working. Where does the signal for them come from. They have 12v at there end.Taking it to a auto electrican as the mechanic has exhausted all possabilites. Any one else have a clue?

Signal comes direct from the ecu, unless somehow you have a faulty ecu??? and the injector drivers have burnt out or something.
Sounds strange. Do you have access to another good ecu to try it ( and hoping no damage occurs to it when fitted to your car )

Jammed shut?? Did you remove the injectors to find out, and what did you see???
Did you recently fill up with strange fuel, or has it just built up over a period of time?
Ever changed your fuel filter?
