gearbox/diff oil question again!!!!
#1
Sorry to be a pain but a mechanic friend of mine is going to change all the scoobs fluids for me but wanted to know what oils are recommended for gearbox/diff. The car is a 93 WRX and he was unsure whether it needs the same diff oil as a uk model. Can anyone please confirm before I go ahead with the work

I beleive the gearbox (and rear diff) use GL-5 75-90W oil
Most people recommend Castrol Syntrax 75-90W (semi synth)
Gearbox is ??? litres (approx 2L I would guess, don't have the exact figures to hand)
Rear diff is 1L
