Hey Guys,
I have a MY01 Impreza WRX, and I've got the Prodrive Performance Package on it. And sometimes when I put my foot down in either 1st or 2nd gear, the revs build up along with the speed, I hear the classic Prodrive roar, but I also hear a whistling noise as I pass ~6000rpm. The acceleration still feels the same (if not better), but I'm worried just in case there is something wrong with the Turbo. If anyone can help I will be most grateful.

I have the prodrive 'zorst on mine (my94) Apparently they all do this, as I have asked the same before. Quite disconcerting when you first hear it...
