Whats the recommended oil for a classic shape Impreza Turbo (uk) 2000 awd. Am I correct in saying Shell Helix 10w-40 Fully synthetic???

subaru recommend 10-40 semi synth....

I had this out with the dealer I used - turned out they had been using Semi Synth for the last 2 services...

Not now Mobil 1 MS 15-50.
