Question

went on the rollers yesterday at well lane, the guy who drove it said i had a boost problem and that it was dropping off very early and showed me a graph on the screen of a steep rise then nearly flat for the rest of the graph (was this the boost graph???).

not noticed this myself cos never drove another scooby to compare.

what could be the problem?

no i havent got a boost guage, but getting one soon.

Try and get the plot off the RR and put it up here. My car was losing boost from 4000 RPM and tightening the actuator helped enormously, but my car was really odd as it overboosted with the PPP and downpipe ridiculously, which is the opposite of what you might expect if the actuator was a bit loose.

The boost curve is not shown but the torque curve looks as though it is tailing off a bit, but nothing drastic. Compare the shape of the curve with some on the dyno site and you'll see what he means.
It might also be that the peak from 3500-4000 is a short overboost period which makes the rest look comparatively worse.
