the best mod i've done to the car yet, its deepened the scoobysport exhaust note and the cars more responsive picks up cleaner. third gear now feels like second used too
nice pops on overun too
does anyone know why the turbo nuts and bolts are stainless?
most of the thread broke up when nuts were nearly off
was worth it though
just gotta get me a decat centre now to finish the job off

Stainless so they dont rust I guess. Problem with stainless, be it hot or cold, it can catch and lock up on removal, which usually tends to happens on the most awkward nut to get at..

ozzy,

got the decat dp and centre section done on my 93 WRX at TSL last week. Excellent job, and now I wonder why I've kept my std exhaust for over 2 years!!!
Engine is more responsive, you can hear the whistle of the turbo at low revs, and on power and over-run the sound is just awesome!!!
