2007 Hawkeye driveshafts

Hello folks, after a good few years without a Subaru in the family, the wife now has a 2007 Hawkeye 2.0 automatic.
are the front driveshafts the same, left and right? I've seen a used one online but it's described as passenger side, and I need drivers side.

Same each side but different depending wagon or saloon
Also different depending upon MY06 or 07
