Jdm gear setup to wrx
Hi guys and girls,
does anyone know if the 6 speed FCC’s full gear setup from a jdm hatch will fit into a 2008 U.K. wrx please ?

What does FCC stand for?? and what is it you are hoping to swap?

If it doesn't include the rest of the 6MT box (gear set only) then no, as 5MT and 6MT are totally different.
Plus the UK WRX is narrow body as against STI wide body (drive shafts and hubs different) and doesn't come with any wiring for the DCCD.
The UK WRX 5MT runs 4.444 diffs front and rear with 1:1 drop gears, the UK WRXSTI runs 3.900 front diff and 3.545 rear with 1.100 drop gear ratio.
Plus the UK WRX is narrow body as against STI wide body (drive shafts and hubs different) and doesn't come with any wiring for the DCCD.
