flat spot at high revs

hello everyone,just bought 98 uk turbo which has been prodrive tuned.at high revs i have a flat spot,it sought of dies for a second and then comes back in.please has anyone got any ideas.

you`re hitting fuel cut mate 
clean out your boost control solenoid with some brake cleaner,that should sort things out
