£200-300 2nd hand
Time depends on what tools and facilities you have, on a ramp around 4 hours, on a driveway allow a day. Its a 2 man job ideally.
Easy to one person is hard to someone else so theres no answer to that
If its a uk wrx you'll need a TY754VN1AA, 2AA, 3AA or 4AA gearbox from a 99/00 classic, bugeye or early blobeye.
