Hi! Im running about 410 bhp and 550 nm in my type r and have a 6 paddle clutch that Cant take that amount of power :/

What kind of clutch would you recomend for me?
Please link if you can
can be for a 6 or 5 speed
i live in the center of a big town so it have to be good for some Daily drive

Exedy pink box clutch will be fine at that power level too and also has oem feel..

your running about 400 Lb torque, a pink box will handle that no problem mate, im using one at 500bhp without issue..

But can you launch at 5k rpm whitout it slipping? I do a lot of streetrace

No mate cant launch at 5k as it bogs down, can launch at 6k fine though lol

I've just ordered one of these with a lightweight flywheel, Aztec advised me that there have been a few problems recently with brand new Pink Boxes breaking apart, so I changed my order to a CC stage 2 one.


They are rated higher than pink box apparently

Im too old for all that ! Ha ! It's gets good use that's all I can say ! Lol ! It's a daily driver also so don't really launch in 1st
