Rattle and whine on gb270 drive train
I have a '57 plate gb270 which is totally standard and done 66k miles. Yesterday a rattling/whining noise started when the car is in motion and decelerating. Doesn't matter which gear I'm in, or if I dip the clutch or if I pop it in neutral, the noise is the same.
The noise stops the instant u give it even the smallest bit of gas and also stops when the car comes to a standstill.
Car had pressure bearing done at 20k miles but hasn't been any deceleration noise.
Anyone had this problem? Anyone know the fix for it?

As it sounds like its running gear related , can the car be raised off all wheels and ran slow while being checked by a couple of mates? Does the noise vary with road speed or is it constant regardless of speed?
