Default wobbling under braking

Hi guys, got a strange problem fitted a replacement gearbox, didn't have any problems with the brakes, all has been put back together and checked, everything's inplace and bolted tight, under braking I'm getting a vicious wobbling knocking, the disks were fine before the gearbox swap, could there be a problem with the gearbox that would make a wobble under braking, the pedal pulses like when the disks are warped..... Disks less that 12 month old and only done probably 1000 miles on them, any suggestions or ideas are welcomed, cheers

Is the pulsing rapid or slow? If its rapid, it sounds like you have an issue with the ABS system . To change the gearbox , i assume the driveshafts were removed and the ABS rings could be damaged. Just a guess tho sorry

Not rapid enough to say vibrating, it's the same feeling as warped disk but they can't be as when I parked it up before doing the work they were fine, the abs rings are in the hub, it's a 97jdm, but Yea the shafts came out the box but left the cv end in the hubs,
Cheers for reply kevo
