Default new diff required??

Hi....

After all the hassle of getting a 6 speed box sorted after all the crap I've gone through I've found out my rear diff has gone aswell along with a driveshaft like... Is it worth the upgrade if so where do I get one from? Would like an STI? Thankyou in advance

Did you put a matching diff with the replacement box?

Sorry I didn't explain properly... I've put the 6speed blobeye box on my rb5 classic in replace of my 5speed. So I know the rear diff etc would fit. But didn't realise until we fitted it that when my 5speed box went pop in 3rd it's knackered the diff an nsr driveshaft.... I know I can put the larger r180 diff on but I'd have to upgrade hubs etc I've already got the larger brakes but trying to save a few £££ knowing I can use another r160 diff... Just asking before I do anything if I have any other options?

The only real upgrade is an r180 diff but is a lot of money a replacment r160 diff and shaft will be a lot cheaper and less work just make sure it matchs your gearbox
