Default Clutch slipping (I think)

I've got a uk turbo classic P reg and In gear 3,4,5 the revs rise not in sync with the acceleration! Gears 1,2 seem fine! Any advice? Thanks guys!

Any ideas on how long it will last? It's not a good time to get a new clutch! Lol! And how much am I looking at for a new clutch to be fitted? I've seen a few upgraded clutches for about £200! Cheers!

If it's only just starting you should be able to eek it out to the new year! Don't let the clutch slip (take it easy) or you'll warp the flywheel and need to have that skimmed!

Clutches circa £200, fitting can range from £200-£400ish

Yep, sounds like typical clutch slip.

If you are running standard (ish) power you'll want this clutch kit: http://aztecperformance.com/clutches...4-5-speed.html

You won't know the state of your flywheel until you take it off, chances are it will have high spots from the slipping, the more you carry on using it the greater the chance of further damage.

Mobile mechanics charge as little as £100 to fit and garages charge around £200.
