I've got a MY00 wagon, which has just been in for it's 30K service, and I seem to be having an intermittant hesitation problem. Basically, I'm moving slowly in first gear about to go onto a roundabout, car in front of me goes and there's room for me too, put foot down and 'nothing', car just doesn't seem to pull. Same situation next roundabout about 50M down road, foot down nothing, only way I seemed to get anything was to change to 2nd. I'd just come out of car park, but everything was still 'warm' as the car had only been sitting 5 or 10 mins while I was in a shop. I've also had this problem at a roundabout again, but in 2nd gear towards the end of a 45min journey.

Just looking for any suggestions really since I can't talk to dealer till wednesday and it's rather worrying to try and go for a gap getting on to a roundabout and find nothing happens when you put your foot down

plenty of fuel in car on both occasions, optimax as it goes.
