What car and what year?
Newer Phase 2 engined cars run 440cc injectors, older uk cars run 330cc injectors, so the 440's are good for 350bhp but give it more like 320bhp then change up

Tony

PS, dont forget to change everything else at the same time, ie brakes, intercooler, turbo, decent ecu, forged internals etc

...and with a better fuel pump...might find you don't need the injectors just yet

Tony,

so on what basis is your statement made.

Yes there are cars that have produced 350bhp from a 440 - but it is extremely marginal.

My car produces around 350bhp and the fueling equates to around 85% IDC for a 550 - I actually run 740s - overkill I know - but on the road I am running at 65% peak IDC - but on track or any consistent high rev running this rises to 70% peak IDC to maintain appropriate egts.

A car running this level of power on 440s would die on track unless the fuel pressure was raised significantly by using an uprated reg and pump.

I have an uprated pump and am considering an uprated reg and 550s - but 440s would be a stretch too far.
