Default Hawkeye dccd into a my98 classic

Is it possible to install a hawkeye dccd box into a my98 classic, I know the front shafts are different. I already have a 6 speed non dccd setup so already have rear diff rear hubs and shafts. What can I get to run the dccd? Is there a piggy back ecu I can get for my simtek to control or even a independent one. Anyone done it?

If you already have a UK rear diff, then you wont need to change that either. So yep controller and you're good to go

banny you have made my day. Thank you mate. Can I run the gearbox without the controller whilst it is on order from the states. Well after I save a bit more I mean. Would it do any harm?

Nope the gearbox will run in fully open, with a 59:41 rear split so no harm done

You may already have it, but you need a six speed (or auto ) propshaft as well.
