HI guys, i need to replace my cat'd downpipe but thinking of replacing it with a sports cat pipe. Do i need to get my car remapped for a sports cat ? My car is a MY95 STI555 with standard engine with no mods, centrepipe is decat'd with afterburner vortex tailpipe

Sorry, wrong section, this should be in general technical

sports cat will help gas flow better,so wouldnt waste money mapping engine, unless your putting new hardware, like uprated turbo. bhp gains minimal but will respond nice and improve flat four note.
