Anyone have a spare 1.15mm & 1.1mm restrictor kicking around

Hi,
Does anyone have any of these going spare. I have asked my Scooby dealer and they looked at me with a blank expression, so time to turn to the Scoobynet Massive
Cheers
Iain

I think I've got a couple of 1.1mm floating around. If not, the engineering company we use are 30m away, so I can get some more done.
FOC, not as Paul told you

???
If its the orifice in the pipe to the waste gate, the part number is: 22326AA260 for a 0.8mm = £2.83 last time I bought one. You buy drill bits in 0.05mm incriments (to your preference) for a couple of £. Max 20 mins to remove old one, drill new, and fit.

I have some drill bits but only in 0.1mm increments and there is no 1.1. The only 0.05mm increment one I could find was tungsten carbide designed for PCBs and a stand drill, but since I have seen some in RS, but purchasing in quantity. I've gone through the drill-solder-drill routine too often and cut up too many screw threads and want a nice new one properly drilled to my chosen size.

I got my bits from a specialist model maker type tool shop and used std hand held power drill.
In the end it ended up at 0.9mm or it might have been 1.0mm (it was over a year ago !) which peaks at about 20psi (with ppp ecu) but reduces as revs build.

You are lucky it allows you to get away with so much boost. The late cars fluctuate all over the place and even 0.05mm can be insufficient to get it right. Thankfully I can now change the duty cycles.
