"Who you are is how you drive."

Expert Coach
Don Palmer's passion for coaching helps people develop their life skills. His interest in helping people improve the structure of their thinking makes a profound difference to the meaning they make of the content. Developing beliefs makes it possible for people to do things they normally wouldn’t.

Don Palmer is an internationally recognised coach. He uses natural conversation to camouflage his mastery of the techniques he uses to develop change. For well over a decade his coaching has helped hundreds of clients in a wide range of activities. His specialty uses driving as a mechanism for change.

He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a Masters degree in Automotive Engineering. He is an ADI, and has studied the practical and psychological elements of coaching techniques. He holds an internationally recognised certification in coaching, and continues to make substantial annual investments in furthering his driving and coaching skills. His international client base and over 6000 hours of one-on-one coaching of limit handling makes him a world authority on the subject. He has worked internationally as a driver trainer since 1990.

He has worked and trained with Sir Jackie Stewart and Sir John Whitmore undertaking extensive coaching of automotive engineers. Don's coaching techniques are equally effective in helping enthusiasts to improve their skills, abilities, and approach to road driving. He is himself an enthusiastic driver, and has been a member of HPC for over 17 years. He holds a Diploma in Coaching Mastery - one of the top coaching qualifications in Europe.
