I. M. have slashed many discounts recently to cope with the exchange rate dive that the pound has taken against all major currencies.
All of us traders are being squeezed top and bottom from rising costs and the need to keep prices competitive.
We'll all do what we can, but you may be expecting too much for quality parts.

I agree with David.
We're all trying as best we can but with the majority of products being made abroad it's a bit of a nightmare with the exchange rates.
Many companies are taking the flack with the exchange rates as I know we are with Perrin as the dollar rates ridiculous. So rather than companies all putting their prices up, their keeping them down so there's less margin hence less discount.
I guess in one way you could look at it and think that your getting great discounts but just don't know it because prices aren't changing when they should be.
There are still great offers out there you just need to ask.
