Default API going beyond the call of duty!!

API have supported the ScoobyNet Project Car (my Spec C) for a number of years now. One of the items they supplied was a pair of modified fuel rails. Unfortunately one of these showed signs of decay (one off manufacturing fault). Bearing in mind these had been supplied nearly two years ago, APi immediately changed them for a brand new set at no charge.

As I am sure you would agree having a 12 month warranty honoured is sometimes hard work with product suppliers, but being offered a brand new replacement after two years is awesome service.

Totally unexpected, but gratefully received.

Many thanks APi for your sterling customer service.

I would agree totally. David has been a great help to me over the last couple of weeks, suppying parts and welcome advice.
I would recommend this company (and David of course) to anybody, as although generally very busy, he always makes time to deal with your requests.
Top marks, to a top company

25% discount on next order David?
