Geometry Check in Surrey or S London
#4
Beware your dealer doing a geometry set up.
I had my MY01 set up by a dealer to 'Prodrive' settings before Xmas and they left one front wheel toeing- in and the other toeing-out
When I had the geometry set up properly by TSL it was also noticed that the rear 'tracking bar'(?) used to adjust the rear had never seen a spanner either! A waste of time and money
(an hour and a half at dealer rates!)
I understand that most dealers don't even have laser alignment. My advice would be to use a specialist with the proper equipment ie. TSL, powerstation etc

I know for a fact that Merit Tyres in Leatherhead have the proper Sun computerised laser alignment. To be honest with you I wouldn't let anybody do it unless they had this equipment. On a previous car I had the tracking done with optiflex and it killed a tyre within 6 months.

Spring Park Motors.
Brilliant service and nice guys as well.
Wouldn't go anywhere else, even with non-Scooby (yes, there is such a thing) stuff...
