Lightbulb Tiley of Bristol - Anyone had issues with them?

I am new to the Scooby world and was wondering if they had any good or bad traits I should be aware of as Subaru dealers. I was planning on taking my MY06 WRX-SL to them but wanted to know if there was a better or alternative dealer in the South Bristol area?
Any non-libellous comments welcome.

Just to clarify, the reason I'm asking is that I used to get my Volvo T4 serviced in Bristol, until I discovered the much more customer focussed dealer in Taunton. I am in no way suggesting there is anything wrong with Tiley, just wanted to hear other peoples impressions and experiences.

Thumbs down

I live in Bristol and after using them when I first had my car five years or so ago, I don't use them now unless it's an emergency. If something needs fixing quickly I'll take it there as I don't know ofanother reputable place in Bristol.

Was making the trek to Nottigham to get the car serviced at TSL but have just started using S4Y as it's so much nearer in Newbury.

Thanks for that, would you mind sending me a PM with your reasons, I dont think its fair to air them publicly.
Thanks

Hi I use Tiley and have found them to be one of the best garages I have ever used. It is my first scooby so I am comparing them to other makes of car I have owned, I find them friendly and helpful, they gave me a great deal when I part exed my MG ZR and so far have given me good prices on a few upgrades !! (Dave I want a discount now pls!)

I wont use anyone else at the moment. It's now an hour and a half each way for me to use them, they have carried out all servicing and upgrades on my STi, and I can only speak highly of the fantastic service they have given me

Mmmm...

If I wrote my experience I'd probably get sued. Lets just say that there were far too many coincidences.
