Servicing in East Yorkshire

Tried this on General Technical, but probably the wrong board as so far only one (helpful) reply. So, here goes again:-
My Dutch Import WRX will be due for 1000 mile service soon-no doubt the first of many services. I am just about equi-distant from Hull, Pickering and York. I imagine York will be the most interesting place to spend time while the car is being serviced, but does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with any of these dealers, that they can share.?
