Default Trying to buy a new short block from Subaru UK...

I want to rebuild my 99MY UK engine with a gen-U-ine brand new 2 litre short block.
Is there any way I can buy one from Subaru in West Brom without having to go via an official dealer?
Anybody got a helpful contact?

Have a look at Roger Clarke Motorsport website or Flat four online website.

RCMS do the 2.5 litre, but I just want the standard 2 litre.
I know that Subaru Parts sell them, but I think you have to actually purchase via an official dealer. I don't particularly want to give them money for doing sweet FA.
