Thanks to the above 
Taken my stock 02 STI UK from 265bhp to 330bhp and improved driveability no-end. Torque is now up by 50lb/ft @ 3000rpm and up by 70lbs/ft @ 4500 rpm.
SportsCat D/P from H&S, fitted (along with other services) by Carnetix
Ported/Wrapped Headers and 'custom' up-pipe from Harvey, fitted by John Pye (at V. Short Notice)
All mapped by Andy
(Plus some supporting mods, of course, provided by yours truly!)
Thanks also to Andy Carr, for some moral support in time of need
